Asia Value Advisors (AVA) is a philanthropy and leadership advisory platform that seeks to inform, inspire and engage individuals and organizations to create sustainable impact.
At AVA, we envision a future where sustainability is no longer abstractly aspired to, and instead, objectively measured and valued incorporating economic, social and environmental impacts of all human activities.
We can all get closer to this future today in three ways. First, by engaging with all stakeholders, and not just shareholders, to understand the broader context of our actions and its consequences. Second, by recognizing and overcoming our siloed thinking that hinder our collective capacity to create greater impacts. And third, by taking baby-step actions to translate our passion in doing good into concrete action in our own personal and professional capacities.
We hope that AVA’s work will help create collective shifts in thinking and action towards a more inclusive and sustainable future.

For experienced professionals, we will selectively short-list candidates based on suitability with our needs and ethos; for students, we will short-list candidates based on our needs relative to the developmental and career interests of the students.
In addition to capability and intellectual curiosity, the candidate must have a demonstrated passion for creating positive social impact, a willingness to learn and to share, and a healthy dose of humility.
If you believe this suits your interests and goals, please send your resume to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a short e-mail blurb about your career/project objectives.
